Return Policy and Procedures

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

We also understand sometimes sizes can fit differently for different individuals and that pink and purple just doesn't work on some people. With this in mind we are more than happy to exchange items for different sizes, colours and styles.

All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

You must notify us within 21 days of receiving your order of your wish to return an item.

Item(s) received after 21 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

Please note: we do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Australian Customers

KNUCKLEHEAD SHIPPING CO offers a 100% free of charge return policy for damaged or defective items, incorrectly picked items and size exchanges.

Instructions:

1. Head to MY ACCOUNT in the online store, select COMPLETED ORDERS, then RETURN ITEM.
2. Select item(s) you wish to return.
3. Under comments leave your order number, reason for return and address.
4 We will send out a return Express Post satchel to pack item(s) and ship back to us.

International Customers

Damaged or defective and incorrectly picked items can be returned 100% free of charge. However shipping for size, colour and style exchanges will be charged to the customer.

Instructions:

1. Head to MY ACCOUNT in the online store, select COMPLETED ORDERS, then RETURN ITEM.
2. Select item(s) you wish to return.
3. Under comments leave your order number, reason for return and address.
4. Pack and seal your returned items securely, in the original package if possible. Send to the address listed below

In the case of defective or incorrectly picked items we will reimburse you for your shipping costs.

We recommend shipping your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. KNUCKLEHEAD SHIPPING CO accepts no responsibility for lost returned packages. Packages must be returned prepaid as we do not accept COD.

Refunds

KNUCKLEHEAD SHIPPING CO will issue a refund within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
